XTYMN Triple Strength Omega-3 Fish Oil 1500 mg — 60 Softgels
One softgel. 1000 mg of EPA and DHA.
Fish oil is sold by the size of the capsule. What decides whether it does anything is how much EPA and DHA is inside it — so that is the number we lead with.
1500 mg of molecularly distilled fish-oil concentrate per softgel, declaring 600 mg EPA and 400 mg DHA. Enteric-coated, natural lemon, one a day.
“Fish oil” is a container. EPA and DHA are the cargo.
An ordinary 1000 mg fish-oil capsule typically carries around 180 mg EPA and 120 mg DHA — roughly 300 mg of omega-3 in a 1000 mg capsule. Concentration is the entire difference between one softgel and a handful.
Three numbers worth checking before you buy any omega-3.
The threshold that matters is 250 mg
The EU-authorised function claim for EPA and DHA and the normal function of the heart is met at a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA plus DHA combined. One softgel here provides 1000 mg — four times the threshold, in one swallow.
DHA clears its own threshold too
DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision; both claims are authorised at 250 mg of DHA per day. This softgel carries 400 mg. We state the threshold as well as the dose, because a dose without its reference point is decoration.
What we deliberately do not claim
That it lowers triglycerides or blood pressure. Those authorised claims require 2 g and 3 g of EPA plus DHA a day respectively. This product does not reach those intakes, so we do not make those claims — whatever the rest of the shelf says.

Against an ordinary 1000 mg fish oil.
Not against a named competitor — against the category default, the 1000 mg capsule most people already own. The only honest comparison in fish oil is per-softgel omega-3.
