Orders and delivery
How long will my order take?
Orders are usually packed within 1–2 business days. Delivery then normally takes 3–7 business days depending on your pin code.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as your parcel is handed to the courier. Your orders are also listed in your account.
Do you ship across India?
Yes, we ship to serviceable pin codes across India.
Products and usage
When should I take my supplement?
Follow the directions printed on the pack. As a general rule magnesium glycinate is taken in the evening, while multivitamins and omega-3 are usually taken with a meal.
Can I take more than one product together?
Most of our formulas can be combined. If you take prescription medication, are pregnant or nursing, or have a medical condition, please speak to your doctor first.
Are supplements a substitute for medicine?
No. Nutritional supplements support a balanced diet and a healthy routine. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and popular wallets are all supported at checkout.
Returns
Can I return a product?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery if the item is unopened, unused and in its original sealed packaging. Full details are in our Returns and Refund Policy.
