XTYMN Calcium Magnesium Zinc with D3 & K2 (MK-7) — 60 Tablets
Bone math for the next thirty years.
Calcium is easy to swallow and hard to place. This formula is built around that problem: calcium as citrate malate, with the two vitamins that decide where it ends up.
Per serving of two tablets — 500 mg calcium, 15 mcg (600 IU) vitamin D3, 55 mcg vitamin K2 as MK-7, 55 mg magnesium and 13.2 mg zinc.
Calcium is not the hard part. Getting it to the bone is.
Most calcium supplements stop at the mineral. This one is designed around what happens after you swallow it — which is where vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 earn their place on the label.
Three decisions behind this formula.
Why 500 mg of calcium and not 1000
Calcium absorption drops as a single dose gets larger; splitting intake across the day is standard practice. ICMR-NIN’s 1000 mg RDA also assumes food is contributing — dairy, ragi, sesame, greens. This supplement is designed to be half of that equation, not all of it.
Why MK-7 rather than MK-4
MK-7 is the long-chain menaquinone form of vitamin K2. It stays in circulation considerably longer than MK-4, which is what makes a single 55 mcg dose once a day a sensible design rather than a token inclusion.
Why the vitamin D is exactly 600 IU
Because that is the number. ICMR-NIN’s 2020 RDA for vitamin D in Indian adults is 600 IU (15 mcg) per day. We did not round it up to look impressive, and we did not round it down to save cost.

One serving, measured against the Indian reference intake.
This is what two tablets actually contribute against ICMR-NIN’s 2020 Recommended Dietary Allowances. Half your calcium. All of your vitamin D. A deliberate twelve per cent of your magnesium.
RDA BASIS — ICMR-NIN, RECOMMENDED DIETARY ALLOWANCES FOR INDIANS, 2020. INDIA SETS NO RDA FOR VITAMIN K2; THE EFSA ADEQUATE INTAKE FOR VITAMIN K IN ADULTS IS 70 MCG PER DAY.
