Sixty-seven ingredients is only useful if they are the right sixty-seven.

Ingredient counts are the easiest number in this category to inflate, because a dust of something still counts as an ingredient. What matters is whether the nutrients an ordinary Indian diet runs short of are present, and whether the extras — the amino acids, the carotenoids — are there for a reason you can state out loud.

Questions we would ask before buying this.

Do I actually need a multivitamin?
If your diet is genuinely varied and your bloods are normal, probably not. Most people are neither of those things all year round. A multivitamin is insurance against an average week, not a treatment for a bad one.
Why 67 ingredients?
Because the formula covers vitamins, minerals, amino acids, carotenoids and probiotics rather than vitamins alone. We would rather explain what each group is for than let the number do the arguing.
Is 100 million CFU a high probiotic dose?
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. It is a supporting dose inside a multivitamin, not a therapeutic probiotic course. If gut health is your main goal, a dedicated probiotic is the honest answer.
Will it help my workouts?
Not directly. Filling a nutritional gap can help you train consistently; it will not add to a session on its own. Anyone promising otherwise is selling the wrong thing.
Can this replace a blood test?
No. If you suspect low B12, vitamin D or iron, get tested. A multivitamin is a floor, not a diagnosis, and it will not tell you what was wrong.
Can I take it with other XTYMN products?
Yes, but check for overlap. If you already take our Calcium, Magnesium and Zinc, you are getting some of the same minerals twice, and more is not the goal.
Is it vegetarian?
Refer to the mark printed on the pack you receive. That mark is the one that counts, and we will not restate it from memory.
What if I miss a day?
Take the next serving as normal. Do not double up. A multivitamin works on the average of a month, not on any single tablet.
