XTYMN Multi Collagen Complex Types I, II, III, V & X | 90 Tablets
Five collagen types, because the body does not use just one.
Collagen is not one protein. It is a family, and the members do different jobs — one holds skin together, one cushions cartilage, one sits where cartilage becomes bone. A single-type formula answers one of those questions and leaves the rest open.
Types I, II, III, V and X in one tablet, with Piper nigrum extract alongside them. Two tablets a day. Forty-five days to a bottle.
Five types is a decision, not a bigger number.
Most collagen sold in India is Type I on its own, largely because Type I is the cheapest to source and the easiest to print. It is also the correct answer if skin is the only thing you care about. If joints and bone are on the list too, Type I alone is an incomplete brief.
Each type has an address. That is the entire reason to take more than one.
Type I, III and V — the skin group
Type I is the most abundant collagen in the human body and the dominant protein in skin. Type III sits beside it in young skin and in connective tissue. Type V helps organise the fibres the other two form.
Type II — the cartilage type
Type II is the collagen of articular cartilage, the surface that lets a joint move without grinding. It is the type most often studied in the context of joint comfort.
Type X — the bone type
Type X appears where cartilage turns into bone. It is a small and specific contribution, and we describe it as exactly that rather than dressing it up as a bone-density claim.

What is in a serving.
| Nutrient | Per serving (2 tablets) |
|---|---|
| Multi collagen peptide blend, as Types I, II, III, V and X | As declared on pack |
| Piper nigrum (black pepper) extract | As declared on pack |
Individual peptide weights, the ratio between the five types and the full excipient list are printed on the nutritional information panel of the pack you receive. We do not restate a figure in marketing copy unless the matching batch document can be placed beside it.
Which collagen is yours?
We compare ourselves to ourselves. Two collagens, two different briefs — choosing by price is the most common mistake in this category, and choosing by goal is the cheaper decision over a year.
