Order processing

Orders are packed and handed to our courier partner within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery time

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote and rural pin codes can take a little longer.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Where a free shipping offer applies, the conditions of that offer are stated with it.

Tracking your order

You will receive a tracking link by email and SMS once your parcel is dispatched. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to begin updating after dispatch.

Where we ship

We ship to serviceable pin codes across India. If your pin code cannot be serviced by our courier partners, our team will contact you and arrange a refund or an alternative.

Delivery attempts

Couriers normally attempt delivery up to three times. Please keep the phone number on your order reachable. If every attempt fails the parcel returns to us, and we will contact you about a re-dispatch or a refund.

Incorrect or incomplete address

Please check your address carefully before placing the order. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately — we can usually correct it before dispatch.

Delays outside our control

Weather, strikes, local restrictions and courier backlogs can occasionally delay a parcel. We will keep you updated and help track it wherever we can.
